I attach some photos of what appears to be water causing the bubbling or blistering of an external clear film. It is on a 2014 Hymer T674CL Bianco. The near side seems unaffected.

Check damp readings internally behind that panel as a failed joint can give water ingress problems.

That film looks very strange.
It almost looks as if it was there as temporary protection during manufacture and someone forgot to remove it.
The mastic on the top joint is in poor condition which could have let water in behind it.
Have you tried to remove the film?

i agree my immediate reaction was the film has not been removed.

i would try removing the film and resealing the panel.

PS:

it also looks like the darker graphics has been pt over the top of the film.
