Hello, apologies if this has been mentioned before, I had a quick search but couldn't find anything.

There's water and muck getting into the interior sills somehow. I've sealed the black external trim panels and I'm 100% confident it's not coming from there.
I am wondering if it could somehow be tracking down from the roof or a side joint? If the vehicle is parked up and it rains heavily, then there's water ingress.

I'm stuck for ideas about how to patch up where ever it is it's coming from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can provide pictures if it helps.

Thank you,
Simon

I don't think the peugeot cills are hollow. They are just a curved length of steel but will check mine for you tomorrow.
Some photos may help.
How do you know there's water in the cills?

A bit confusing.....do you mean window sills or the under-door sills?
I presume you mean window sills.
It is far better to remove the whole window frame, clean up old sealant then reseal and refit.
Just putting sealer around the window isn't always enough.
It's an easy job removing the windows but ideally needs two pairs of hands to stop the window falling out.

and maybe a few dry days in a row if the surrounding body is damp and needs to dry before reinstalling the window

I checked my cills this morning. Yes they are a hollow box section under the door frame but there is a square drain hole to the front and 2 further drain holes with holed rubber grommets in them further back. I have never seen water or rubbish coming out of mine.
If you mean the bottom of the doors. Yes water will run down between the glass and seal but there are also drain holes in the lower door section. If this is where your leak is you may need to replace the window seals.

I had what looked like a constant flow of water from one of my under door cills. There is a hole higher up just behind the tyre, where water can enter whilst driving. And on investigation I found where the water was draining from was full of sand and muck. A good doosh from hose and working a stick or similar up the drain hole, got a considerable amount of stuff out of it. All fine since.
