Water and waste

Hi all.
I am a member of the Caravan and Motorhome club and wondered could I ask affiliated sites if I could top up water and empty waste for a price of course even if not staying on site?
Any advice would be great thanks.

You certainly can at C&CC Club sites, don't know about C&MC though.

Don't think you can with C&MC unless they have changed things since we were members a few years ago.
