Hi iam getting an error on my truma combi w401h and wondering if there is a fix for this

401 is water overheat. It says to switch off and allow it to cool down.

Air overheat is 402 but I guess one could lead to the other so worth checking. I have had overheat conditions most often when using hot water boost so Sgbulldog it might be best to use eco setting for water when it cools down and resets.

Sounds like thermostat where that is I am not sure.

Not tried electric but thinking the same thing on thermostat just need to find where it's to and if it's an easy fix thank Phill
