Voltage spike

I did install some new electronics
like a new LiFePo4 battery with Victron chargers
and a new Dometic fridge

The new electronics pick up a voltage spike
when operating my automatic step

The old step cause a voltage spike

I am trying to locate any (if any) condensator or any control unit.

Any hints or tips?

Kind of;
my new Dometic fridge report high voltage with a beep and message;
also my Victron Touch system report same.
