Hi, I've booked a spot at the above campsite for the new year period and I need to pay my deposit. Can anyone do a bit of translating and tell me what info I can extract from this for internet banking? Account number/sort code or equivalent?

All you need is that IBAN number.
You just send your money as a transfer to that number..the long series of numbers that starts with "ES86...... "
That series of numbers is country code, bank name, branch number and account number of the recipient.
Just add a note with the transfer so they know its you with your booking reference etc.

Iban transfer abroad incurs charges, check with your bank. My bank (Santander) was extortionate I used paypal a couple of years ago but not sure if you still can.

I thought you also need the BIC as well? We did when we paid for our van.

By far the easiest way is just ring them and pay by card.

I thought you also need the BIC as well? We did when we paid for our van.

SEPA payments only need the IBAN number now. (Well certainly all the ones we make all across Europe just use that... that's all our online accounts ask for nowadays)

(BIC is just an identifier of the bank concerned.....but the IBAN identifies country, bank, branch, and user account)

I paid with my Revolut card using the above IBAN number when their website was doing funny things and it worked fine. The transaction was free.
