For the fourth time since we left home a week ago my 100/20 has not displayed in the app.
The device seems to be doing its job, judging by the LEDs.
The only way to re-establish the Bluetooth connection is (when it's dark) to disconnect it from the battery for a couple of minutes.
It's not the phone or app ...

This happened to anyone else here ?
 
Are we talking about the Victron app? If so I sometimes lose bluetooth and have found switching on then off airplane mode resolved the issue.
 
Presumably both the App on your phone is current as well as the software on the Victron?
 
Yes, app, android & mppt all on latest.
Done all the things victron say do on app & phone.
Phone & app still see bvm, & BT fine with satnav, radio,headphones,etc. Not doing anything now that we weren't last trip.
It's just that i have to get down on my old knees at an outside locker to reset it. And it's peeing down now ...
 
You could try one of the Bluetooth analyzer apps
 
Do you have another phone or tablet you can try? If the same problem happens on different phones/tablets then possibly an issue with the MPPT.
Have you updated your firmware?
 
That sounds frustrating. I've had a similar issue with my 100/20. The LEDs show it's working, but the Bluetooth connection drops randomly. I've also had to disconnect from the battery to reset it. It might be a firmware issue or a bug with the Bluetooth module.
