Hi, anyone know of vets in Troyes that we can use for worm treatment for the dog? Our MH has broken down in Troyes, and so the original worm treatment we had has now expired. We are desperately trying to find a way home as we are going to leave to MH here but coming up against many hurdles. The original vet has no capacity in the next couple of days. Any advice re getting home without a vehicle and any vet suggestions gratefully received.

This is the closest I can see on SFS but there must be vets in troyes try Google maps.

Good luck, hoping you can get things sorted out.
The majority of vets will do the worming treatment, I'd just email the nearest to you

Vets in France have very different opening hours. You can usually see the hours on the listing on google maps as shown above. Just start ringing them. Hopefully your breakdown insurance will sort you out with a hire car to return.
One thing to note is that you cannot go on the ferry as a foot passenger with a dog. Some people have suggested it is easier to get a friend or relative to drive over to pick you all up.
Good luck.

If you check out the Dfds ferries from Newhaven to Dieppe they allow foot passengers with a dog. Just check out the requirements .

Thankyou everyone. We have now got sorted with a vet for tomorrow and have decided after a stressful day, to stay here in an air b n b till Monday, when we can only hope the motorhome is fixed. We are having a lot of problems with plan B as the insurance company are not being very helpful, but neither they or us can find a hire car available, and so it will mean a very long train journey with a couple of changes to calais and a pet taxi at the other end. Who lnew how difficult it was to cross the channel woth a dog?!!🥴 thanks for all your responses

Yeah we looked at that as an option. Our main issue is getting there. Hire cars ( especially one way) are like hens teeth here at the moment.
Thanks
