Vehicle battery problems

Happy Easter Funsters,
I love my van but it can be a pain in the ***
The leisure batteries hold up off grid but my vehicle battery drops in charge and today just managed to start at 11.4
There is a problem, the water pump is being powered by the vehicle battery and some other gremlin is draining it
Any ideas before I contact an auto electrician ?
My van is a 2011 Auto Trail Dakota

Are you sure the vehicle battery has not been selected as the habitation power supply source ?

How long had it taken off-grid to drop the voltage to 11.4V - a day, 3 days, a week..........?

If your PSU is a Sargent EC500 unit there should be a control button on it to select which battery will be used. (It can also be found in the control panel menu )
