I'm selling my Vaude Hogan XL tent as I don't camp anymore and its been in the loft for past 2 years unused. This is an excellent tent, it can withstand howling winds and is very stable. Though ideally takes two to erect but I usually put it up by myself.
I used it extensively in the Highlands, and it never let me down, I can cook in the porch even with one door closed, midge nets on doors too, easy to erect and stow away. lots of space inside, enough for two in proper winter sleeping bags, with all stuff in porch, I have a (non Vaude) ground sheet for the porch are so your stuff stays dry.

It won't fit in a top box or standard RT pannier, it weighs about 4.4kg. Everything is there, nothing missing, torn or damaged.

Here is someones review from the net

Attached are some photos, as I haven't time to put it up, but if anyone is serious I'll put it up in back garden and take any photos they want.

I'm looking for £220 plus postage.

Did you stop using it because you got a Motor Home ??:Eeek:

Yes, and getting a bit old and stiff for those cold mornings. Used to go all over with the tent on my motorbike. Glen coe Red Squirrel was favourite as easy to get on the hills from there.
