Vanishing Silicone Remover

I went to our local InXcess store to buy some silicone remover. £4.50 it was. It felt a bit light though, and this is why...

There is only 2" of material in a 4" tube. That works out at about £25.00 per normal sized tube!

Yes. All tubes on the shelf were similarly light. I have yet to use it as it is so precious!

They have probably used a standard tube but only put enough in to do the job. Should say so the pack though!

I'm a bit worried about getting all the remover off before putting new stuff on so usually just try to remove it by scraping.

I bought a small tube of it from Wickes and it was about £7!

Then to clean off the excess I use Sika aktivator 205
