I'd been meaning to post too, we had an issue with one of their sensors on our alarm, so stopped on our way to Cornwall at their lovely site, next morning the sensor was sorted efficiently and professionally, free of charge under their lifetime warranty.
Brilliant, why can't more businesses be like this?
