Having fitted uprated front dampers and rear air bags. Finally fitted Maxxis all season van tyres today. First impression miles smoother ride. Will report back after passing over expansion joints on m6 on Thursday.

Drove down M6 today over the expansion joints at Birmingham. A massive improvement over camper tyres.
I would say 75% improvement. Not perfection but miles better.

They are nothing compared to the joints on the concrete section of the M25 (or was it M23) !

I disagree. The viaduct sections of the M6 either side of Spaghetti Junction are way worse. Massive potholes, large sections of blacktop that has just crumpled away, and expansion joints that feel like you're mounting a kerb.
