Van bitz raptor not disarming! Any pointers

As in the title, just returned to the motor home and it is refusing to disarm. We have both fobs, neither is working. We have got in triggering the alarms, much to the neighbours annoyance. Turned off internal sensors so we can sleep. But obviously aren’t going anywhere until we can disable the alarm.
Can anyone offer any suggestions. Ideally sensible ones.

Strikeback alarm working but not arming or disarming on key fobs

hi, any suggestions / diagnosis? Strikeback alarm fitted 1999 on our T reg MH. Has been working fine, with fresh batteries in both key fobs a few weeks back. Last night went to disarm and no response to either key fob, even right up close to bonnet, doors, windows. Can arm and disarm with...

Brilliant service, I know it can't be guaranteed every time and at all times but it's that type of response that adds confidence to those of us with Vanbitz alarms ....!!
