Usual tool for panel angle calcs

As I live in Greenwich, a few hundred meters from the 0' 0" 00 Meridian line, at 0' 0" 015 unsurprisingly I need to align my panels due south.
(Apparently we are 1.5 seconds east, I'm going to have to correct my clocks !)

But what is more interesting is how variable the angle needs to be summer compared to winter.

It's going to be a bit difficult to park the motorhome in future, all messing about with the ramps to get the optimal angle for the month.!

Does anyone make a stand for portable panels that adjusts to all these preferential angles.

...and do these calculations account for the sun travelling through the sky?
Surely it's more efficient to follow the sun's path than the angle of the panel [both would be best of course]

To be honest, near enough is good enough for me, as a panel aimed and angled at the sun somewhere near has a way better output than a panel flat on a roof of the same wattage. (y)
