Using the leisure battery

We have an Elddis Majestic 275 with two batteries. We have yet to work out how to use the leisure battery so that we can use whilst not connected to power. After watching several videos and reading manuals, we are still not sure. What settings do we have to use? Can anyone advise?

Can you post a picture of your control panel? If you disconnect from mains electric do your interior lights not work?

Control panels. We switch the Master to ‘On’ but still nothing works, no lighting.

All vans are different, I just have a switch abovet the habitation door that turns the 12v system on or off.

I'm sure someone with a similar unit to yours will be along soon. Rest assured, it'll definitely be a switch or something similarly simple.

Silly question, along with the master, did you switch on the one that reads 'lights' and, if so, have they ever worked?

PS. Is it possible that you also have to press 'enter'?

Elddis Motorhome Power

have just taken possession of an elders 175 prestige motorhome. In the manual it says that the mains hookup will charge the motorhome leisure battery when fitted and also the 12v systems in the motorhome. However there are 3 positions on the panel. Aux, o, veh. Obviously veh is the main battery...
