Hello everyone - daft question time

We are currently in Caleta de Valez & would like to get the bus to Malaga on Saturday for the day.

I've downloaded the Alsa app & am trying to book tickets but it's asking me to create an account to access info & if i dont do that & just try to book I'm being asked for ID document number either way before it will let me proceed.

What am I doing wrong, surely booking tickets in advance isnt limited to people with spanish id?

Cheers

Is it busy enough to book Debs..? I’ve usually had no problems getting on and paying at the time, the drivers and locals are always willing to help..

The app is a bit vague whether you can do that Garry - just says you can pay on boarding on some routes.

Actually I might've sussed it now - I'd tried putting random numbers in which it didn't like but seems ok with a few full stops 🤞

Let us know how it goes....you can normally buy tickets at the bus terminal...

We've often used Alsa buses between Málaga, Granada and Seville. Always bought tickets either at the bus station on the day, or from the driver.

They've never been full. Plenty of space.

Previously we've walked to the bus station in Torre del Mar & got tickets there.

Robs back still isn't great which is why we wanted to board closer to where we're staying.

Eventually got the tickets which have come through on email so I can just show the QR code on my phone.

Thanks folks.
