I'm not especially familiar with that model, but a key thing to look out for in a coach built van of that era is damp in the bodywork.

Not always easily visible at first glance, but can be expensive and difficult to fix.

Ceiling and walls, esp around windows and skylights/vents. (Inside obviously ) .
