Vet practice I've used Servican .
Didn't speak English that I remember but easily sorted using phone ?
Been to several vets in Spain over the years, none of whom spoke English , and standard is high .
Lot cheaper too

I don't care about the cost but I'd rather not struggle with language. We have a crisis. Also, we're about 1 1/2 hours from Haro, but thank you anyway.

Ok best of luck but I would just prioritise getting a vet . Language won't be a barrier honestly, been to vets here with emergency there was no problem.
