Does anyone have experience or knowledge of how to grade from an Alde 3000 boiler to whatever may be the most practical replacement installation please.

I’m about to add a 12v/230v hot water tank alongside the Alde 3010. Just means I can use all the solar to heat the water, rather than firing up the Alde system.

Will keep the wet Alde system for the colder weather, will also be installing a diesel heater for both instant heat (Alde wet is a core heating system as opposed to instant) and potentially also be using the diesel heater for hot water too.

Get diesal for heating and hot water . It works a treat.

My Alde 3000 is showing signs of incontinence and it may be necessary to replace it. The 3000 is now unobtanium and I would like information about how to install a more recent version, such as the 3010 or 3020 models. Hoping somebody has experience of the upgrade and may be able to offer advice.
