Updating XZENT X-427 in Benimar Mileo

I have a 2022 Benimar Mileo on a Fiat Ducato base which comes with the XZENT X-427 DAB radio / SatNav. At the time of purchase the software on the device was 3.3 but there is an 4.1 update on the XZENT website. However I’m having a few difficulties in getting the software updated. If you have the same config do you know if the USB in the cubby hole above the glove box is the one to use for software update? The XZENT website says there are two USB ports and you should use USB-1 for updates. If it’s not the one in the cubby hole anyone where it is?

Yes it's that one. But don't expect much improvement in performance. My 2021 mileo has never received DAB radio. There are lots of complaints about them amongst Benimar owners.
