Our temperature and humidity sensors have never worked on our new Autotrail F60 with an EC363 control panel.
I contacted Sargeant directly, and after trying a couple of fixes (turn off the PSU & turn back on again
) I've had an email today, confirming it is faulty and requires an upgrade to software V18 by our dealer.
This applies to control panels installed since April this year.
