Unidentified machine in motorhome

Good Afternoon

This might be a simple thing for anyone with an ounce of technical knowledge…I’m a few grams short of an ounce so I ask for assistance.
Our recently bought van has this piece of equipment installed above and between the cab seats. It has a drop down screen. There is also a small remote in the dashboard recess, which I assume is associated with this machine.
I am thinking it might be a DVD player? What is required to make it work?
You may recall my TV questions which in the end we took the tv out.
It might actually be nice to have use of a did player if use of it is easy enough.

Appreciate your thoughts!

The dvd may be part of the radio/ head unit. Also check cupboards for any Freeview digital TV boxes. In the early days of digital / Freeview they often fitted a set top box.

Have you pressed the button say "push open"? If you did what was under the flap?

Autotrail by any chance ??
I suspect someone has removed the digibox for the TV channels. Check out the radio and see if it has a cd slot and maybe the DVD logo.

Omniview is the rear view camera.

On my AT it’s the original tv, reverse camera, DVD player. I have exactly the same in the cupboard as you. I only use it for the reverse camera now.

Have you powered it up and popped into reverse. Can be done without engine running.
