Unavailability of gas bottles

I've gone to a Gaslow 11Kg system as I've had enough of paying extortionsionate Calor prices. However I do have 2 off 6Kg Calor bottles available. One is empty and one is partly filled. £20 the pair from Cambridge area if anyone is interested. Helps my beer gund😁.

Couldn't get one around Ipswich last week so bought a 5kg patio gas, yesterday after phoning around I found one at Little Movers in Diss, so hot footed it up there, £27. So that's us ok for the summer I think.

When buying second hand bottles with gass in, don't forget gass goes off and will clog things up
Really?

Gas is thousands of years old when it goes into a cylinder. How does it go off?

I couldn't get one in Ipswich anywhere last month, phoned up Warwick Racecourse where I had booked for the following week, yes they had some would I like them to save me one. On my arrival I paid for it and they delivered it to my van. Really friendly helpful people.

Propane is produced by separating it from natural gas or via oil refining, thousands of years old ? bit of a loose argument me thinks.

Do your homework, propane does not degrade though a natural process.

Ive gone over to 11klg Flogas ,they had loads of them at Milton Keynes Homebase.

Try your local council rubbish or as they say recycling centre. Ask nicely. Up our street is a now motorhome former owner caravan owner for 15 years, I asked him where got his gas from and that he replied . He has never bought gas for either he just goes there and exchanges it. He does not always get a full one. As he said never paid for gas yet.
