Tyres - Costco deal for Michelin tyres

Hi

I have had to replace the tyres on my Motorhome and gave Costco a ring - the chap informed me about their current deal on Michelin tyres and it turns out that I have been able to save over £100 on the cost of replacing my tyres (all 5 of them) - this is a £100 against a range of different competitors and includes all the VAT and fitting etc

The tyres that I have purchased are the Michelin Agilis Camping ones - they didn't come up on the website but after a phonecall they confirmed that they can get them in quite quickly (in my case 1 week)

If you are looking for tyres for your Motorhome, Camper or Car and you are a Costco member then it might be worth checking their website or giving them a ring.

If you want to take advantage of this offer but are not a Costco member and you live in South Yorkshire and can get to the Sheffield Costco then I would be happy to try and arrange to meet so that you can use my card to get the offer.

Yes, this is a fairly regular offer from Costco.

My last set came from them and my next set (in the not too distant) will most likely too.

I'm needing 2 new front on an advisory. I currently have Continental 215/70 R15 CP. Is it legal to use van tyres here and abroad and it won't invalidate insurance?
I don't mind paying more money for the camper van tyres but if can get better wear for cheaper. I'd prefer to do that obviously.

As I understand it provided they are the correct speed and load rating there's no legal problem. We went for van tyres for ours the ride to me feels a lot better.
