TyrePal Set Hi Value

The tyres front and back say 79.5psi. TyrePal says to set the Hi value to +25%. This is almost 100 (the unit goes up to 99). The low value is -15% so 68psi.

The hi value seems too high to me.

Is this correct?

From memory when we ran our previous tyres at 80 psi on the rears we got well into the 90's when we were travelling at 60/65mph during the summer in the UK.
