Tyre pressure

I appreciate that the weight of the conversion makes a difference, but how do you decide what pressure to put in your tyres?
The recommended pressure shown on my VW Transporter T28 door plate is for a standard van.

Depends on the weights. Take it to a weighbridge and then look up the manufacturers recommendations for the tyre
Weighbridge might cost a fiver if you are unlucky, often they wil just give you front and total weights especially if yu say you dont want a certificate/ticket. Just pick a quite time
