Bailey 796
Hi All,

Acquired a few weeks ago a Bailey796. About a week ago the low tyre pressure symbol appeared on the dashboard. Immediately checked the pressures, all good, just very minor adjustment. A tyre specialist has confirmed that all 4 sensors are working ( he had a devise that he pointed at each valve) is there away of resetting the system? I can find nothing in the handbook. The base vehicle is a Peugeot Boxer 2018. We are based in Suffolk and new to motorhoming. In addition to the low pressure tyre symbol the odometer is know flashing.
Thanks in anticipation

Have Google for - flashing odometer Peugeot Boxer - loads of answers to choose from.

Normally once the tyre pressures are pumped up to the correct pressure you drive your van for a few miles and the TPMS will automatically reset.

What tyre pressures are you running at as they may not be correct for your van, so it will not reset.

TPMS light on without an accompanying message plus a flashing odometer usually signifies that the TPMS ECU (down on the engine subframe) isn't communicating. Diagnostics to confirm.

Exact same thing has happened to mine although it’s a Fiat, I’ve ordered the part from Fiat and will get them to fit as local garage aren’t confident they have software to reset it.
Part cost just under £100 plus vat and I can’t imagine it’s a big job to fit as it’s only 2 10mm nuts holding it on, then of course the reset.
If you crawl under the van you will see it on the cross member towards the centre on the drivers side.
Here is a photo of mine.
