Tyre Pressure Advice?

Hi folks,
I am very nervous about my tyre pressure (6.5m Fiat Ducato Motorhome)
Fixed plate in the passenger door recess says 72 and 78 PSI. (see pic)
The tyre itself has 215/70 R 15 CP 109R and then 69 PSI (just visible in the picture). Is that 69 PSI the Min, max or recommended pressure?
I have seen a near identical thread from July 2018 but it got unbelievably technical. We will be travelling with our full 3,500 Kg on board in two days. Should I pump to 69 or 72/79?
I dont want to overinflate.

Ta
Robert

ignore the 69psi, thats for USA.

you need your axle weights then look up the Conti chart for the correct pressures.

i have same tyres 2000kg rear and that gives me 76psi from thier chart. front at your full 1500 kgs wopuld be around 60psi but you need to know your individual axle weights. total weight does not help

Thanks .... Good advice I am sure but presumably i would need to visit a weigbridge (having loaded the van and passengers) to get the axel weights? whilst I am all for tyre safety, this is a tremedous faff as there do not appear to be any weighbridges in surrey - and we are leaving tomorrow. whats my best bet in the absense of axle weights?. I will have two lightweight bikes on the rear carrier but nothing else out of the ordinary. Should i just use the pressures stated on the door plate?

When you look up the charts it will give you the pressures as per the load on each axle. I worried for yers about mine and tended to use the old lorry drivers method of feeling the tyre temperatures when they were hot, they should just feel pleasantly very warm. Make some allowance for the fact that one side might ( hopefully) be in the sun more than the other. Having said that i run on about 52psi in the front and 72 or so at the back on the same tyre size as you state 7m Van. Have also fitted Tyrepals and they give you peace of mind
Have a good safe trip

from the conti data on these tyres, ( just looked it up in my notes ) rear axle, 1910kgs is 72.5psi, 1985kgs is 76psi and 2060kgs which is the mas load is 80psi.

front axle, 1520kgs is 47.1 psi, 1615kgs is 50psi. 1705kgs is 54 psi

thanks Phill and others. I am guessing our axle weights must be similar so we will go for similar. alarming that the front is so different from the plate on the vehical itself which says 72psi - I suppose thats for when you reach maximum front axle weight? which of course you never do becasue motorhomes are quite back ended, specially with bike racks.
