Anyone gone vi the Chunnel in the last few days ? Are the delays caused by extra security checks large ?

Anyone gone vi the Chunnel in the last few days ? Are the delays caused by extra security checks large ?

I've not been in the past few days but the holdups may be due to the prison escapee that may have terrorism tendencies,

Crossed yesterday. 2 hour delay waiting to board. Avoided 1 hour delay on M20 and divert from motorway as closed junction 7 to 8 for lorry stacking for escapee checking, by choosing M2 instead.

Predicted delays on all ports up to and including the weekend due to searches for the escaped terrorist,( who is not a threat to the public. Btw)
Police are checking all vehicles for the escapee.
