Truma Ultrastore Water Heater

My truma Ultrastore on our Autotrail Apache 700 2011 reg isn't working on gas. I had the PCB tested , it's good , tested the wires from control knob to PCB all good. water,gas.12v supply all good. I cleaned out the vent i'm removing the vent cover , checked all fuses . Any suggestions would be great

Have you a window above the flue outlet. If so the switch may be defective.

Could the Ultrastore gas supply valve be faulty ?

TYhis is the truma Ultrastore Water heater they have electronic ignition .

Can you hear the ignition sparking when you try to use the gas setting , And are there any display lights showing ?
