I've tried hot water, but this error keeps coming up. We have gas and I've tried the reset button, by holding down and it flashes green. Any ideas please.

If the error is not flashing try tapping the rotary button a couple of times to reset it , if it is flashing leave it 15 minutes with the control still turned on and when it stops flashing tap the control button as described ( After you have checked the gas supply is ok , according to Truma information)

Thanks, what is the rotary button?

Have you tried the rest button on the boiler it's under the plastic cover.

If it is lack of gas the regulator have probably failed, common fault, the hob will work but not enough flow for the boiler.

Tried the reset button, the regulator is only a year old, the hob works fine. Its this type

When I had this code the problem was definitely the boiler reset which is not just a case of pressing the reset button.
Try the attached instructions I got which are more precise
Fingers crossed it works.

Same. Our dealer was useless when we had no gas so hurriedly popped in on a Friday afternoon (we were AirBNBing our house so only parked a mile away)

Once we began our European trip when it was just me and the dog at the start of this month I had time to investigate. Whenever the supply is interrupted, the Truma faults. It turns out whenever this fault happens, and you have enough gas:

1. Turn off the heating/hot water on the control panel and switch it to electric
2. Hold the reset button on the boiler until it starts flashing
3. Once it's stopped do a reset on the control panel (rotate the knob to the spanner icon, select reset then press again)
4. Give it a minute or two and turn the heating on.

I really wish dealers would tell you this - took a lot of trial and error. Also the 3/7 degree thing (it'll dump water at 3 degrees and fault to prevent ice, but won't come on again until the boiler is at least 7)

Our boiler is gas only, so can't switch it to electric. I tried with the boiler off, but no flashing lights. So have to reset when boiler is on.

I don’t know if this helps but I had a fault when we were away at Christmas. It would not fire up on gas, heating or hot water. It did work on EHU but very cold and gas is more efficient.
Anyway I kept getting the same fault code ie no gas.
Now one of my refillable cylinders had run out, switched cylinders to a full one, and filled up on our way to the campsite, thus I knew I had gas.
Fridge worked and hob worked.
On returning home I tried everything reset etc etc to no avail.
Booked it into Greenfields at Camberley. He checked everything confirmed on the history I had records of no gas supply. As hob and fridge worked I thought it was regulator, no he checked all the gas supply.
Bottom line he couldn’t find a fault and it was all working OK.
He did say once I turned the gas on, run the hob for a few minutes prior to firing up the boiler.
It strikes me that the post from seanandjoules might well be what happened to me.
It was looked at Wednesday, I went out this morning to check and heating worked.
Incidentally I thought it was a regulator problem because boiler would make the customary woompt (?) and then shut down with the fault code of no gas.
What annoys me is the seemingly unreliability of Truma, every time we are going away I worry that we are going to have problems.
Surely this is not how it’s meant to be!
