Truma error code 631h

[BOOMEL]

Anyone know what error code 631h on Truma 6e? Can’t see anything in manual or on tinternet. Happened twice in middle of night with heating switched off.

Hello Can anyone help with this one ? Last trip before lockdown out panel showed code E631H its not in the book . Hoping somebody else may have had it . Thank you .

Might be worth trying the reset procedure shown in this video if your Truma is locked out. It shows the reset after a different fault code but perhaps it will help.

I cleared the error and started working. Seen the above error advisory note, however trying to understand the root cause? Happened twice now and with a big trip planned would like to understand what is causing the issue and fix.

Looks like the root cause was not found, call to dealer and Truma I think

Nothing on battery have victron showing full voltage and amls
