I can’t find anything online about this error code, anyone have any ideas?! It’s coming on when I’m trying to heat water

Are you trying on gas or 240v?
Are you heating on Eco or full?

Maybe try switching unit off for an hour? There is a way of resetting fault codes but blowed if I can remember.

Maybe post your unit model number and I’m sure the cavalry will arrive.

On gas and full as it’s from a cold start… I turned the truma init on before the power to be fair so it could be this from looking around online 🙄😬

Usually, [ others to confirm] the E codes are a definite fault, W codes usually refer to an error.
As you have said, turn the whole shooting match off on the rotary dial, [ press and hold in for 10sec or so ] leave off for at least 15mins, longer if possible. Boil a kettle on gas whilst waiting, to check gas is all good, have a brew.
The wait should then eliminate the fault. If this doesn't work, you're in for the dreaded panel reset on the Truma Unit mother board. If so, come back with the vans age, and boiler location, it may help others with any diagnosis.
Sorry off out now.
Mike.
