Hi does anyone know where the fuse would be for the 12v socket. I have checked every fuse I can find on the fuse panels. The other part of the DuoC unit works fine. So does the other 12v sockets which are fused and on the main fuse panel.
Best to tell us what motorhome you have. Each converter sites their habitation fuses in different places. The 12v socket will not be part of the Truma set up.
In that case the fuse will probably be on the Schaud Electrobloc. Big blue thing with car type blade fuses along the front. Not sure where it will be on your Hymer.
If you find the Electroblock, the sockets and lights are usually on one of the 'Kreis' (= circuit) fuses. There will be a few Kreis fuses, don't know which one. Or it might be the one labelled TV.
I have checked every fuse on the Electroblock with my meter. It has to be on a separate circuit as the other 12v sockets work. There is one small block with 3 x 2amp fuses and one 10 amp which I didn't check none of them have any identification. Just went out to check it, that was the one. Not sure what the 2 amp ones were for so I pulled them out to see what went off, they are for the Truma control panels. Thank you all for your help you inspired me to go and have another look.
