Hi my Truma combo won’t work on hotwater gas , there is no clicking but the fan starts running for a few seconds then it speeds up and then the red light show , any ideas please tia. Jim

Have you got gas ?
If the bottle is close to empty the lack of pressure can cause a fault to show
Could be a faulty regulator

Yeh it’s full ish , thing is figaro is the fan runs then speeds up then red light , there’s no clicking for igniter which apparently is what happens , or Am I missing something ,?

Are you sure that the Truma gas supply isolation valve is in the on position also Which model of Truma heater is it ?
You also need to check that the exhaust/air supply on the outside of the Motorhome is clear.

Is the red light on all the time or does it flash? If on continuously, then it’s likely a gas fault. If the red light flashes, it’s a low power issue. Are you on ECH?

The gas valves should be shown in the Motorhome owners handbook , but if you do not have one try looking under your kitchen sink or at the bottom of a wardrobe/cupboard (there should be 3 or 4 together) , is the cooker working on gas ?
