I seem to be cursed by gas appliances at the moment. The fridge packed up and I had to clean out the jet, total ball ache! Now the heating’s gone west! Can you guys tell me if it’s simply a matter of pressing a reset button, and where it’s located, or is it a strip down job? Symptoms are left hand knob lights up orange, right hand knob number 5 green and an orange ignition light at 1. I can hear the start up sequence, fan running etc, then it slows down, an audible click from the heater then a flashing red where the orange was on the right hand knob. It was working perfectly before I put it into storage in late October. Totally infuriating!!!

Any help or advice from those with a similar experience will be gratefully received!!

Cheers!

Russ.

Reset button under cover where all the wiring terminates, obviously you have plenty of gas?

It sounds like no gas or low pressure. It may just be case of trying a few times to make sure gas is getting through properly. The isolation valves are turned on at the bottle(s) and inside the van aren't they?

Think the gas is ok but will check it again. (y)

Check the flue as it was OK before storage, spiders like building nests in them.

Have you got refillable gas and did you fill up somewhere where you might have got butane instead of propane?

Flue is definitely exhausting at the usual speed. Thanks for reply Lenny.
