Just on site triedswitch truma combi heater on got error code e632h overheating reset button but looked everywhere cannot see any button ?? Anyone out there know please

There is a button under the top cover. Between two wires near the top of the panel. Red button I think. Just about where the flashing LEDs are.

I'll do some more research about that code whilst you fiddle

Fault No.: 0632
Flashing code: ls slll lsss
Fault description: 230 V water temperature switch has triggered
1. Action: Reset water temperature switch

How do I reset my truma combi?
To reset the overheating protection, allow heater to cool, re- move connection cover and press red reset button. Boiler approx. 20 minutes (measured according to EN 15033) Heater + boiler approx. 80 min.

Don't quote me on this but I think you need a small prod to press the button which is under that hole.

Meanwhile, when mine stopped working there is a reset button to the right of that on the other end of the panel I believe.

I don't know either without looking up. Hopefully they are the same but with different heat output?

I will look again ..funny in the manual it shows reset button it totally different place ..just a bit wary with electric on now as it's dark

Ah...thats not good is it... Unless its tucked right in there, use a pen or something to press it, that's all I got. Hopefully you have some warm blankets?

Have you tried disconnecting 12v and 240v for a while - 15 mins?
Hi think I better not as we would be in darkness least we have electric so lights and kettle working ..will talk with truma in morning try and get to the bottom of it ..I will post the outcome cheers all for the advice etc much appreciated

Seems Truma have lots of threads on here about faults. Ours was only 2 months old and we had heating problems.

Next van will have Alde I think.

It's not good for Truma ...I chatted with them at NEC in Feb and they assured me that I had done the right thing draining system and would have no trouble starting again ???

I had something similar but cant remember code. Assume you have gas and electric. Not sure what you’ve tried so far but this is what I did....took a couple of cycles to reset but it worked!

Make sure electric trip switches are on and haven’t tripped.
Switch off truma control panel and leave it a few minutes.
Ensure gas is on and hob stays lit to make sure gas getting through.
If any window above heater exhaust is open make sure it is closed.
Switch panel back on, set heat temp to a high setting, leave water off
Select gas
Sit back and let it do its thing for ten minutes. Sometimes it takes a good few minutes for it to switch on.
If nothing happens try reset button under cover...mine is on right hand side and is not really a button but a bit of straight plastic. Hold for ten secs sand green light should come on.

Fingers crossed.......

Thanks I will try this as getting pretty cold now ... I can see a green light on the truma near that bit of straight plastic but I get error message e632h every time I switch on the truma and worst of all cold air starts coming through all the vents no heat whatsoever ... that green light is at other end of panel where the manual said the reset button was?

Hi tried using gas as per your instructions but cannot switch on boiler error code kicks in immediately and all I get is cold air blowing through the vents can't stop this unless I kill the power at the Sargent box for the whole van very annoying .. found this little stick button after removing plastic panel I hold that in few secs amber and green light flash go solid but then red light comes back on ...will be visiting dealership tomorrow ? hope to solve this as it's terrible truma thanks for trying ?
