Truma Combi (E) CP questions

Dear Funsters.

Just drained down Boiler, will re fill if weather picks up.

Questions:

1. Is there any Frost protection on the Truma systems as there is on Alde for example, where when the interior temperature drops below 5 degrees C the Heating will cut in.

2. Can the Heating be run with empty Boiler?

Would appreciate any assistance.

I'm just draining my Truma 6kw gas/electric down today and it will stay drained until the spring, but the gas heating side will be on for sure .

We just start and stop in manually, never bother with the auts settings.
