Truma Combi boiler not heating water/heat on electric - no fault code

Hello, a few days ago our hot water stopped on electric. Has been working fine no issues. First noticed when running tap and was totally cold. The display shows no error codes and if set to hot water flashes but doesn't get warm at all. If change to gas it does get hot. It also appears heat blower isn't getting warm either on electric so guessing all linked. I've tried the red button on boiler looks OK and won't reset, where do I go from here any suggestions?

It could be the electric heating elements have failed. I’m surprised they both went at once.

Have you checked the Truma fuse?
