Bailey approach 620 (2012) motorhome

Hello, we have water running out underneath our motorhome plus it is also streaming out around the toilet.
It only happens when pump is switched on.
Have attached photos of boiler. No idea what the blue button is for?
This is the first time we’ve been away in this van abroad.
Can anyone please advise.

Sounds like a pipe has come adrift under the floor or has a split or hole in it! Have you installed anything and perhaps put a screw through a pipe? Just speculating! Don’t know that particular van or what the blue button is for!

Hello, many thanks for your reply, greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, never found any problems after removing the cassette.
Have now drained the water from our motorhome completely and using water from pitch tap.

Have now drained off water tank and using water on site pitch.
Will have it looked at when return home.
