I have only been using the heater, but when I turn hot tap on I’m also getting hot water !!!
I’ve had my MH for 5 years never had this before, has anyone experienced this and knows of a fix

I’m surprised you haven’t noticed it before…. Having the heating on warms the water in the boiler tank as they are one unit so effectively free warm water…. It’s normal.

With the heater on the water will always get hot just that it takes over 1½ hours to get up to temperature rather that 40 min.

I too can't believe you have not noticed it in five years.
