What model of Truma do you have?

The red flashing light will probably give a code of short / long flashes which helps to identify the fault. Is it, and assuming it is, what is the flashing sequence?

It’s a Truma 4e it flashes red 8 times ….how do you find out what the flashing sequence means ?

The flashes should be a combination of short and long.

The file for the code sequence is in the Resources section but I think you don't get access to that area until you pay the members subscription. Best money you'll spend in relation to motorhome ownership given the wealth of experience and advice on here.

Just on a side note... Are you plugged in to mains? I just want to know if your hot water is actually via gas or whether it's via electric.

How long are you running it for? I've heard people say it can take a while to heat up using electric only. Have you tried it on gas?

Is there any blown air coming out of the vents and have you been able to count the red LED fault code flashes on the combi boiler electronics board ?
