Does anyone know if this plug, which connects the top pcb to the fan via black and white wires should just slide apart from the socket on the pcb or if there is a clip to manipulate please? Can't see a clip but plug seems very stiff and feel like I'm forcing it. As you look at the pcb its on the bottom left. Any tips gratefully received. Many thanks

May have a small clip on the other side that's pressing to release. Have a look at the other side with a mirror.
Thanks Lenny. It did. Little clip needed depressing with a pointy awl.

Do you have an error code on your Truma LCD control panel?

Do you have an error code on your Truma LCD control panel?
Hi Richard. Don't have an LCD panel, have the analogue knobs version. There are no leds flashing on the pcb and no lights illuminating on the control knobs. The unit is getting 12v through the main connections and the 12v fuse is good but seemingly nothing happening beyond this point. Have checked that the RJ12 cables to the control knobs have continuity on all pins so problem must be either faulty pcb or faulty control panels. The unit is not coming on with either gas or 240v. Many thanks. Sean

Hi Sean, prior to disconnecting completely did you try just removing the 12v connections and reconnecting to reset the board?
Cheers, Rich
