Trouble with Satellite Dish Alignment

Sat dish cant find satellite just spinning around ! ?

Search (top right corner) as there are a few topics covering the change in Sat settings needed since a commonly used Satellite has been decommissioned.

Sounds like you may need a software update on the controller, what system is it.

hi if its a teleco,,we had the same problem ,,it can be fixed just download an update from the site and load it to the system via a cable from the laptop,,

If it’s a max view it may also need a software update - bit off a faff when abroad but instructions on their web site

Our oyster sat failed to latch on recently. Spoke to Anthony at Oyster and they went through the settings with me. Needed to update the frequencies . They guided me through the settings over the phone and it now works fine. All to do with the change to HD.
