Trouble turning off Dometic fridge in 2018 IH camper van

Hi I am unable to turn off my Dometic fridge, either on gas, electric or battery. I have taken the circuit board off to turn off, could be a switch behind it?
Not sure what to do.

Help and advice would be appreciated please.

Not sure that it is an IH problem. More of a Dometic problem.

If your Dometic fridge is a RM8 series I have read that drying the front control panel PCB with a hair dryer can sometimes solve this problem , but also a faulty control module ( P860 on the rear) could be the cause of this problem
