Hi all we were discussing our up coming holiday.
It will be a trip around the cost of the man land UK we have nine weeks.
To do it in is it possible to do it in that time frame
We will be wild camping Whare ever possible
We will be starting from cowdenbeth in Fife going up the East cost finishing back whare we started or possibly Goole
We were going to go to France this year but there's so much to see and do in the UK we haven't done

Enjoy the trip and if you don't finish you can carry on next year! There may be places you want to stay longer and places to move on from.
Whatever you decide it will be a great family trip . Make sure your shoulder is healed properly as that is some mileage!!

It's about 5000 miles around the coast of mainland U.K. by road, so that would be an average of 80 miles a day, which is certainly achievable. Have a great time!

Asked the doctor yesterday with the holiday coming up if I could start doing a bit now to get the van ready for it's MOT he asked what sort of things I sad a bit of light engine changing I got one of those over the glasses looks
I suppose not then was my reply.
Driving yes sum light duties no lifting Pulling stretching he is ex military.
There's one thing for sure you not the lame sick or lazy mr******
The most he is allowing is check tried depths lights
So it's down to my son to do the work under my supervision
I fixed his car on his drive so knows what I get up to.
Ben driving my car with very little problem
Stitches are out and wind healed nicely

Klaatu makes it Sound easily doable at 80miles a day so have a brilliant family time:cool:
 
Well we done the last check's on the van.
When say we I say it in a royal way my son done them with me looking on
Slight play on the rear off side wheel baring.
No nose so will leave it till after the MOT as this will only e advisory
And when I bring lyn and the we-man up on Friday I will bring up the two new sets I have in the garage and fit them

Looks like we won't do it all then we will do about 25/40 a day so think we will only get some of it the cost of Scotland will certainly get covered

I think the Scottish coast and then maybe Wales would be a good trip. Spoke to someone the other day who'd just done the Anglesey coast walk and he said the scenery around there was stunning.

We have talked abut Anglesey and Snowdonia
Then Devon corneawal Dorset and the south coast
And up the East cost mising out the bit of cost Frome Greta to be low black pool as we have done that bit and to be honest it's farly crap
Also mising out the Lincolnshire costs as it's farly crap to
