Tricky water pump issue (Mrs Fusion in disgrace) I have to suck on the bathroom tap to get the system to prime, so any ideas anyone??

Now looking at that picture the blue small segment looks like your NRV ! Couldn’t see it on previous photo
Looks very different to that Sunlight one, which comes out of the same factory, though!

You don’t need to find old one, as two NRVs won’t be a problem, but I also think it’s the blue part in the pipe line just above your pump.

i have a Reich pump on mine and it's a different NRV to yours and bouncy boat folks theirs a host of different NRVs on the market

That pump looks to be fubard.
That could well be a NRV in between the two white bits of pipe, can you see a direction arrow on it anywhere.
There don't seem to be any restraint straps on the water tank, see the photo of mine.
Order new ones off Amazon, some pl*&ker on Ebay sent me the wrong one, then argued I was wrong, and he had sent the right pump:rolleyes:
Mike.

OK thanks, I will. On the road at the moment so I will try some French camping car supply places though, in the mean time. Which is why I am having to suck at the tap, to keep us on the road!!

What region are you in?

I am actually in Turin, but I think I will have a better chance in France getting pumps, so Grenoble way or along through Nice. But one thing is for sure "the little yellow train" of the French Pyranees is a definate :giggle:

Thoroughly recommend the little yellow train, if you do it on a bright sunny day and you've chosen an open carriage ensure you have sun screen and a hat, depending how far you go but if you turn around at Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via make the walk up to the Odeillo solar furnace I found that very interesting.
When we did it we stayed at a camp site just outside the city of Villefranche-de-Conflent (if I remember correctly was called camping Mas de Lastourg) and the owners took us to the station and when back collected us, city is interesting as well.
