Hi, first time i have had a wall mounted telly in the Moho . Is it ok to travel with it still on the wall or should I slide it off and stick it on the bed? Might seem obvious to some but all my other tellys just went on a shelf or table. Thanks

I just leave my 24" telly on. If it's got an arm, then put it in the lock position. I had a camper van before which didn't have an arm and I just left that on too.

Ive been travelling for years always attached.

and Ive just gone through Belgiums rubbish roads today and lost 2 teeth ::bigsmile: but my telly is still attached :). just make sure you have it stowed correctly

It should be fine. We drove all through Europe a few years ago and it stayed put but it was permanently fixed, so could not take the TV off anyway. Did you fit it or was it fitted by the Manufacturer? I think if you can slide it off then you should if you are worried about it.

Gina.

We have 2 tvs in van and always drive with both still connected, had no problems in 4 yrs of doing this.

Always leave ours attached, its never moved from the bracket apart from have checks.

Did you ft the T.V. bracket? Is it securely fixed to the wall (i.e. into something sturdy behind the wall board)?

We have a TV on a detachable bracket on the ’wooden’ cupboard wall, we always take it off and it goes in its own bag into the wardrobe to travel as we can imagine it removing itself, bracket and part of the wall on a rough road!

I'm another who is not going to unbolt when I move would take far too long, it stays put.

Thankyou all, I have a 24" Avtex ready to fit to a Rapido factory fitted bracket, and the removal for travel issue was something I was considering. Seems I will trust keeping it on the bracket in the stored position.(y)
