Hi
Can someone tell me if this hot water outlet includes a non return valve? I’m getting a long wait before water splutters out of tap !
Thanks

Our non-return valve is immediately adjacent to the pump.

What your picture shows is the boiler outlet and it has a valve in it to allow air in to the system for draining.

The one way valve will be earlier in the system often part of the pump. Do you think water is going back to the tank?

If just spluttering it could be a cracked filter bowl. Very common occurrence.

I had the same problem but not with the cold taps. I tried a new submersible pump and the issue stopped altogether.
I then noticed the toilet flush was far improved too.
I think the old pump had deteriorated over time and I hadn't realised.

+1 for cracked filter bowl and a cheap easy repair I made the mistake a few winters back of draining the system but didn’t empty the little plastic filter bowl which duly cracked letting air into the system

It’ll be beside or near the pump so long as you haven’t a submersible pump within your tank

OK. So its a submersible with no obvious NRV. Have fitted old spare identical Reich pump, history unknown! and all seems fine -pressure from hot and cold no air. Have fitted plastic NRV near pump. Will replace with new one if this fails. Hope that's done the job.
Seems like old pump had lost power giving various issues. Thanks again for your input

With a submersible pump the NRV is part of the pump. So you did the correct thing to fit a separate one after the pump.

That boiler has a one way valve in it , to let the boiler breath, when they fail you get water coming out under the motorhome when the taps are operated

Not that I am aware of Gareth. As others have mentioned, it is usually installed just above the submersible pump.

Is the filter bowl on the base of the pump?

Whilst the bowl type filter can be installed retrospectively, it does not normally form part of the Reich submersible pump or Truma C3402 installation.
Priming the system after a complete drain down, can often take quite a while.
Prime the cold system first with one tap at a time, followed by the hot system, again, one tap at a time.

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Yes, exactly the same way I solved mine. Good luck
